Purpose of this page

Establish standards for how to communicate via Slack, Zoom & click-up.


Slack is the way we communicate in the business over text.

All messages have to be sent via Slack. For instance the ‘chat’ in Zoom should not be used if the information can be of any use at a later time.

The reason for this is that we’re able to keep all of our communication in one place which makes it a lot easier to keep track of shared files, ideas etc.

On Zoom we will have all our meetings over video or phone.

General Guidelines for Zoom:

  • Camera have to be turned on
  • Mute your microphone when you’re not speaking
  • Be in a quiet area

Click up

We use Click up for everything related to task and project management.

Use Slack if you want to ask questions about a specific task with Click up.
